Well this week was a combination of ending a vacation, attending a funeral and back to work. Ugh.
I already pretty much talked about my vacation, Tuesday while Sailor drove home by himself; I attended the funeral of my Step-Mothers, Step-Mother. I know it sounds like a way distant relative - but I knew Barbara and she was a wonderful lady.
The service at the church was very non-conforming. It was very personal and touching, unlike the majority of my Grandmothers funeral - the very Catholic-Traditional-Ritualistic service. This was very different - more of a celebration of life than anything else.
Wednesday, my dear friend David was kind enough to give me one of his buddy passes, so I could fly home free. The bad:a 6am flight at Logan The good:Free and 1st Class
You know 1st class, even on a short flight is so nice. Something about drinking OJ and coffee from real glass and ceramic mugs. Not to mention being able to stretch ones legs out.
Getting back to work was the hardest part. I have several clients and leads, but this week - buying a house was not on their agenda - so I tried to stay busy. Sigh...
I did a Open House yesterday and was BORED off my ass - I hope today will generate more traffic. So far it is pretty and sunny outside.
Well until next week....

On the Sand: For maxing and relaxing, there are plenty of places to choose from. Kalapitya, Mirissa, and Tangalle are perfect for sun lovers. Snorkelers can hit the coral reefs off of Hikkaduwa and Unawatuna. Surfers have even more options and can find almost year- round love for Sri Lankan beaches: the east coast is the place to be April through September, while the west is best for the rest of the year.
